Um ihr Therapiezentrum zu retten, schmuggeln vier kreuzabhängige anonyme Alkoholiker zwei Tankwagen mit Spiritus quer durch Polen. Zu ihrer eigenen Sicherheit entführen sie ihren Therapeuten auf die Reise. Die Reise erweist sich jedoch als gefährlicher als erwartet, denn ihnen - oder vielmehr dem illegalen Alkohol, den sie transportieren - folgt auch eine Zollbeamtin, die nicht ganz die ist, die sie vorgibt zu sein. Von da an wird alles kompliziert. Werden Leszek, Wiola, Dominik, Karolina und Wojtek es schaffen, die Mission zu erfüllen, aber auch nicht in Schwäche zu verfallen und die Therapie abzubrechen? „Team AA“ ist eine Geschichte über gegenseitige Unterstützung, dank derer man seine eigenen Schwächen überwinden kann. Und auch darüber, wie wichtig gute Ziele im Leben für diesen Sieg sind. Aber niemand hat gesagt, dass es leicht sein würde - vor allem, wenn die Versuchung so nah ist.

In order to save their therapeutic center, four cross-addicted anonymous alcoholics undertake to smuggle two tankers of spirit across Poland. For their own safety, they kidnap their therapist on the trip. However, the journey turns out to be more dangerous than they expected, because following them - or rather the illegal alcohol they are transporting - is also followed by a customs officer who is not entirely who she says she is. From then on, everything gets complicated. Will Leszek, Wiola, Dominik, Karolina and Wojtek manage to complete the mission, but also not succumb to weakness and interrupt the therapy? "Team AA" is a story about mutual support, thanks to which you can overcome your own weaknesses. And also about how important good goals in life are for this victory. But no one said it would be easy - especially when temptation is so close.
